You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Service Level and Performance

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná.
